ACCOMMODATION IS FREE!
Accommodation is free for all participants during the three nights of April 23,24,25, 2015.
The participants will stay in a double room.
Please let us know if you want to share your room with a friend or colleague who registers for the conference as a participant or listener. Otherwise, the conference organizing committee will assign the rooms to participants based on their gender.

NOTE 1: Participants can pay the conference fee as the equivalence of 300 US dollars in Euros or Turkish Liras.
NOTE 2: Participants can download the conference e-proceedings book one month after the conference.

Fees for children staying with their parents:
- Child from 0 to 6 years of age – FREE
